So what is chips mayai, you say. Basically it is a mixture of french fries (as we call them chips) with eggs cooked together. It is the most delicious, yummy and combo ever!! This is one thing you Must try when you are in Dar. However, you should know that it is not one of the healthiest meals (hello french fries!) but again you will not regret. You can eat it alone or with beef, chicken etc.
